§ 53361

Government Code §§ 53311–53368.3 — Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. Any bonds issued by a district organized under the provisions of this chapter are hereby given the same force, value and use as bonds issued by any municipality and shall be exempt from all taxation within the state.
