§ 53354

Government Code §§ 53311–53368.3 — Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. If the area designated in the resolution adopted pursuant to Section 53351 does not include the entire community facilities district, a separate ballot shall be prepared for the vote upon the proposition to authorize bonds and to levy a special tax for payment of the bonds and only the voters entitled thereto shall be given the ballots.
