4803.1 Change in use. A permit from the fire code official

shall be obtained any time a change in use or occupancy is intended by the owner (e.g., for live audience shows, wrap parties).

4803.2 Additional permits. A permit shall be required for:

a) Use of pyrotechnic special effects.

b) Open flames.

c) Flammable or combustible liquids, gases and dust.

d) Hot work.

e) Presence of motor vehicles within a building.

f) Any additional permits as required by the fire code offi-

cial.

4803.3 Live audiences. A permit shall be required for seating

arrangements of all live audience stages.
