2.46.010 Municipal library established.¶

Pursuant to Education Code Section 18900, the City Council establishes a municipal library for the City. This municipal library shall be operated pursuant to the joint powers agreement between the Town of Tiburon and City of Belvedere establishing the Belvedere/Tiburon Library Agency. (Ord. 95-6 § 1, 1995.)

The Belvedere Municipal Code is current through Ordinance 2026-01, passed July 13, 2026.
