That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of Belvedere and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees’ Retirement System, is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and marked “Exhibit A,” as amended, and by such reference made a part of this chapter as though herein set out in full. 2.36.020 Contract—Execution by Mayor authorized.¶
The Mayor of the City is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract described in Section 2.36.010 for and on behalf of said agency. (Ord. 90-6 § 2, 1990; Ord. 86-9 § 2, 1986; Ord. 195 NS § 2, 1974.)
