88.0115 Restricting the Issuance of Building Permits.

No building permit shall issue for the construction of any new single family residential unit proposed for construction within an existing subdivision where building permits have issued, construction has commenced and/or where individual lot(s) have been sold to third parties, prior to completion of a Compatibility Review as described in Section 88.0120. This section

does not apply to subdivisions which have been specifically approved for individual lot sales. (Ord. 143 § 1, 1995)
