Division 7 — GENERAL DESIGN STANDARDS

The provisions of this Division are intended to specify design standards that generally apply to all land use districts. The standards of this Division elaborate upon and otherwise augment the development standards specified by individual land use districts.

The provisions of this Division shall prevail should they conflict with the provisions of a land use district, a planning area, or a Specific Plan, unless such district, area, or plan standard specifically overrides or modifies the provisions of this Division by specific reference. An overlay district, Planned Development, or Variance may modify the provisions of this Division.
