811.0520 Fee Calculation.

(a) Fees assessed on new residential and non-residential development within the boundaries of an adopted Public Facilities Plan shall not exceed the estimated cost of providing the public facilities identified in the applicable Public Facilities Plan. For the purposes of this Chapter, the types of structures and/or uses defined as non-residential shall be as specified in each separate Public Facilities Plan.
