“Quality Control Engineer”: A quality control engineer is a registered civil engineer working under a contract with the City who is responsible to the City to assure compliance by the developer with the conditions of approval adopted by the City. This definition does not include the civil engineer responsible for professional inspection as required by the Uniform Building Code.
