811.0315 Procedure.

(a) Approval of Subdivision Map. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, any decision or action required by City herein, shall be made after the duly noticed public hearing at the time of approval of the tentative tract map or parcel map, by the advisory body. Such decision or action shall be made a condition of approval of the subdivision map.

(b) Appeals. Any person may appeal a determination of the advisory body made pursuant to this Chapter. Appeals shall be made as provided in Chapter 1 of Division 3 of this Code.
