2.56.010 - General municipal election.¶
Pursuant to California Elections Code Sections 1301(b), 1000 and 10403.5, beginning in November of 2014 and every even-numbered year thereafter, the city of Yreka's general municipal election shall be consolidated with the statewide general election held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November.
