2.44.020 - Independent contractors, financial consultants, engineers and lawyers.¶
The provisions of this chapter shall be without application to persons employed as independent contractors, including without limitation, financial consultants employed upon special contract upon a specific project or projects, engineers employed upon special contract upon a specific project or projects, and lawyers employed in respect of a specific project or projects.
