2.16.010 - Designated.¶
The official bonds of the city officers are fixed and determined as follows:
(1) The treasurer in the sum of five thousand dollars;
(2) The clerk in the sum of two thousand dollars.

2.16.020 - Bonds conditioned for faithful performance of duties.¶
The bonds shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties of the office for which the same is given, including in the same bond the duties of all offices of which he is made by law, or ordinance, ex officio incumbent.
