Sec. 4-6.1301. Drugs, dangerous drugs and controlled substances: Compliance.

All administration, supply, resupply, documentation, storage and security measures and destruction of drugs, dangerous drugs, controlled substances and hypodermic devices must be in compliance with all laws and regulations of the state and federal government and the LEMSA. As used in this section, drugs, dangerous drugs and controlled substances have the meaning ascribed to them in State Board of Pharmacy Regulations. Any permittee that stores drugs shall have a medical director or clinical pharmacist. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff. December 19, 2019)
