Article 9 — Lot Line Adjustments

8218-3 - Notice and public hearing procedures.

The Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors shall each hold at least one (1) public hearing on any amendment request. The notice and public hearing requirements shall be the same as those prescribed in Section 8111-3 of the NCZO as applicable to legislative matters. The public hearings shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter II, Policy 11, Rule 42 of the County Administrative Manual entitled "Public Hearings for Planning and Zoning Matters (Land Use Matters)."
