8216-3.1 - Setting appeal public hearing date.
The clerk of the applicable appeal board shall set the matter for public hearing which shall be held within thirty (30) days of the date that a timely appeal application is filed. If there is no regular meeting of the appeal board within the next thirty (30) days for which notice can be given pursuant to Government Code section 66451.3, the appeal may be heard at the next regular meeting for which such notice can be given, or within sixty (60) days from the date of the appeal, whichever period is shorter. The time limitations herein may be extended by mutual consent of the appellant, applicant/subdivider, and County.

8216-3.2 - Notice and procedures.
Appeal hearings shall be noticed and conducted in the same manner as required by Article 15 of this Chapter for the original application.
