§ 10.72.010. Prohibition against skateboards, roller skates, coasters and similar…

A. It is unlawful and punishable as an infraction for any person upon roller skates or riding on, or by means of, a skateboard, coaster or similar device to travel upon any roadway within the city.

B. It is also unlawful for any person upon roller skates or riding by means of any skateboard, coaster or similar device to go upon and/or ride upon any public or private property, public or private parking lot or shopping center parking lot provided official signs prohibiting such acts are erected. Such signs shall be in plain view and shall not be less than 15 inches wide by 22 inches in height.
