§ 10.68.010. Obstructions to visibility at intersections.

It is unlawful for any person owning, leasing, occupying or having charge or possession of any property to allow any vegetation growing in a parkway adjacent to any intersection to obstruct the reasonable view for safety purposes of any pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Such vegetation shall be removed or reduced in size so as not to cause any such obstruction to a reasonable person.
