3.24.740 - Limitation of sick leave benefits, vacation benefits or county's retirement system.¶

Notwithstanding any other provision of the code, unclassified employees shall not be eligible for vacation benefits nor for inclusion in the county's retirement system. Unclassified employees may receive sick leave with pay as provided by resolution of the board of supervisors.
