3.24.360 - Extra-help employees.

Extra-help employees shall not receive vacation leave.

3.24.390 - Duties of department head and employees as to recording of vacation.

A. The department head shall give notice to the auditor or other person designated by the board of supervisors of vacations taken by his department.

B. Department heads or employees hired by the board of supervisors shall give notice of vacations taken by them to the auditor on the regular payroll form.

3.24.400 - Statutory authority as to manner of taking vacation leave for elected officials.

The manner of taking vacation by elected officials is governed by the law of the state.

3.24.410 - Transferal of sick leave prohibited.

Accrued sick leave shall not be transferred from one person to another.

3.24.420 - Transferring from one department to another.

A person transferring from one department to another shall not suffer a loss of any vacation or sick leave benefits as a result of the transfer, providing there is not a break in service.
