3.24.050 - Rates for extra-help employees.

Hourly wage rates shall be paid to all extra-help employees.

3.24.060 - Wage step and benefits calculations for fulltime employees who do not average forty hours per week.

During any period in which a fulltime employee does not average forty hours per week, excluding holidays, compensated sick leave, compensated time off for overtime, and compensated vacation, there shall be deducted from such employee's pay check for the pay period an amount equal to the number of hours of regular employment missed multiplied by the hourly wage step which is equivalent to the monthly wage step applicable to such employee, except that new employees hired other than at the start of a pay period shall be paid for the hours worked during the first pay period at the hourly wage step which is equivalent to the monthly wage step applicable to such employee.
