309-010 - DECLARATION OF LEGISLATIVE INTENT—PURPOSE¶
The County of Sutter, a political subdivision of the State of California, declares that it accepts the Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) requirements for peace officers employed as Welfare Fraud Investigators.

309-020 - STANDARDS FOR RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING¶
Pursuant to Penal Code section 832.25, and in accordance with Penal Code sections 13510 and 13512, the County of Sutter will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training for Welfare Fraud Investigators.

309-030 - ADHERENCE TO TRAINING¶
The Commission and its representatives may make such inquires as deemed necessary to ascertain that the peace officer personnel of the County of Sutter adhere to the standards for recruitment and training of Welfare Fraud Investigators established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
