308-010 - DECLARATION OF INTENTION¶
The County of Sutter, a political subdivision of the State of California, declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.

308-020 - STANDARDS FOR RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING¶
Pursuant to sections 15510.1 and 13512 of said Chapter 1, the Sutter County District Attorney will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.

308-030 - ADHERENCE TO TRAINING¶
The Commission and its representatives may make such inquiries as deemed necessary to ascertain that the peace officer personnel of the Sutter County District Attorney adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.

308-040 - SEVERABILITY¶
If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this chapter is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter. The Board of Supervisors hereby declares that it would have passed this chapter and each section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, or phrases be declared unconstitutional.
