305-010 - DECLARATION OF INTENTION¶
The County of Sutter, a political subdivision of the State of California, declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.

305-020 - STANDARDS FOR RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING¶
Pursuant to Section 13522 of said Chapter 1, the County of Sutter while receiving aid from the State of California pursuant to said Chapter 1 will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission of Peace Officer Standards and Training.

305-022 - [SAME—PUBLIC DISPATCHERS]¶
Pursuant to California Penal Code Section 13510(c), the County of Sutter will adhere to standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training for public safety dispatchers.

305-024 - [SAME—INQUIRIES]¶
Pursuant to California Penal Code Section 13512, the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training and its representatives may make such inquiries as are deemed appropriate by the Commission to ascertain that the County of Sutter's public safety dispatcher personnel adhere to standards for selection and training established by the Commission.

305-030 - SEVERABILITY¶
If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Chapter is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Chapter. The Board of Supervisors hereby declare that it would have passed this Chapter and each section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional.
