While receiving any state aid with regard to the training of local Deputy Sheriffs, Correctional Officers, Correctional Technicians, and Probation Officers pursuant to Article 3, commencing with Section 6040 of the California Penal Code and Subchapter 1, Chapter 1, Division 1, Title 15 of the California Code of Regulations, the County of Sutter will adhere to the standards for selection and training established by the Board of Corrections. The County's application for state aid shall contain such information as the Board of Corrections may request.
