§ 19.62.010. Marijuana.¶

All commercial marijuana activities and outdoor cultivation, as defined in Chapter 9.86 and described in Section 9.86.030, are prohibited uses in all zoning districts in the city of Sunnyvale. (Ord. 2947-10 § 2; Ord. 3077-16 § 10; Ord. 3125-17 § 9)
