§ 10.16.010. Zones established.¶
A. No person shall park any vehicle on any portion of Garvey Avenue, Loma Avenue, Lee Avenue, Troy Avenue, Mabel Avenue, Rush Street from Loma Avenue to Rosemead Boulevard, Klingerman Street from Loma Avenue to Rosemead Boulevard, Fern Street from Loma Avenue to Rosemead Boulevard, or the west side of Rosemead Boulevard from Mabel Avenue to the southerly city limit between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any day and during those hours those specified streets and portions thereof in the city are declared to be tow-away zones pursuant to Section 22651(n) of the California Vehicle Code, and any vehicle parked on said streets and portions thereof during any of those times may be removed therefrom. No vehicle may be removed unless signs giving notice of removal have been posted in accordance with Section 22651(n) of the California Vehicle Code.
B. All no-standing, no-stopping or no-parking zones established and designated on any city street are declared to be tow-away zones pursuant to Section 22651(n) of the California Vehicle Code, and any vehicle parked within any such no-standing, no-stopping or no-parking zones may be removed there-from. No vehicle may be removed unless signs giving notice of removal have been posted in accordance with Section 22651(n) of the California Vehicle Code.

§ 10.16.020. No parking—Street sweeping.¶
A. The city council shall by resolution establish "No Parking" zones.
B. The city manager or designee shall establish and approve the street sweeping schedule for the city which may be amended from time to time.

§ 10.16.030. Overnight parking prohibited.¶
A. No person shall park any vehicle on any portion of the north side of Central Avenue from Lidcombe Avenue to 550 feet east of Lidcombe Avenue Monday through Friday, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. on each of those days and 5:00 a.m. of the following day.
B. No person shall park any vehicle on any portion of the north side of Central Avenue from Lidcombe Avenue to 550 feet east of Lidcombe Avenue Monday through Friday, for more than 30 minutes, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. on each of those days and 5:00 p.m. of the same day.

§ 10.16.040. Violation.¶
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable by a fine as established by resolution of the city council.
