6.88.010 - Keeping of fowl.¶

It is unlawful to own, harbor, care take, or in anyway maintain chickens, roosters, chicks, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, peafowl, any breed of pigeon or any other type of fowl within the incorporated city limits. The keeping of such animals is a violation and constitutes an infraction.
