6.76.010 - Violations—Penalties.

With the exception of those acts expressly declared in any chapter of this title to be infractions, any act in violation of the provisions of any chapter in this title is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine. These fines shall be in addition to any cost or fee provided for in this title for the redemption or disposition of impounded animals. A person is guilty of a separate offense for each animal and for every day during which a violation of any of the provisions of this title is committed, continued or permitted by such a person.
