2.32.010 - Designated.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 36518 of the state, the bond of the city clerk is hereby fixed at five thousand dollars corporate surety, and the bond of the city treasurer is hereby fixed at five thousand dollars corporate surety. Each bond shall be approved by the council.

2.32.020 - Blanket bond coverage.

The mayor, the mayor pro tempore, the deputies of the city clerk and city treasurer, and all other department heads and their deputies, exclusive of the city clerk and the city treasurer, shall be covered by a blanket primary commercial fidelity bond in the sum of eighty thousand dollars.
