Editor’s Notes: Ch. 20, Art. IV, “Delinquency Prevention Commission,” comprising Secs. 20.50 through 20.52, was repealed by Ord. 99-26. On November 4, 2003, the electorate adopted Proposition I, which designated new provisions as Chapter 20, Article IV. Because Article IV already existed, the editor has codified Proposition I as Chapter 20, Article V, Sections 20.53-100 through 20.53-107.
