Chapter 27 — HEALTHY NAIL SALON RECOGNITION PROGRAM

SEC. 27.6. DISCLAIMER.

Recognition by the City of a nail salon under the Program shall not be construed as an endorsement by the City of the business or confer any legal right or privilege to the business. The Department may discontinue any program established under this Chapter at any time after notice to participating nail salons and organizations.
