For the purposes of this chapter, certain terms are defined as follows:

(a) "Nail polish" means nail laquer and enamel, base and topcoats.

(b) "Nail product" means any product used for and applied to the nails of the hands and feet, of the customer as part of a manicure or pedicure. "Nail product" includes, but is not limited to, lotion, nail polish, polish remover, and artificial nails.

(c) "Nail salon" means any business establishment, including salons, spas, and others, that offer pedicures, manicures, or application of artificial nails, and their component processes.
