The prima facie speed limit on County Road A78 (all lanes) between the north line of C Street and the south line of Cadmus Street, and on the southbound lanes between the south line of Cadmus Street and a point 300 feet north of the north line of La Costa Avenue (County Road A21) is hereby increased to and established at 40 miles per hour.
