SEC. 72.140. PARKING IN VIOLATION OF SIGNS PROHIBITED.¶
It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park such vehicle in violation of the restrictions stated on signs posted and maintained by the Road Commissioner as provided in this article.
SEC. 72.141. ROAD COMMISSIONER TO ERECT SIGNS LIMITING PARKING TIME.¶
The Road Commissioner shall erect and maintain adequate signs along the portions of highways designated in this article specifying that parking is limited as specified in this article.
