The prima facie speed limit on Euclid Avenue from the National City Limit near Sweetwater Road (city street) northerly to the National City Limit near 24th Street (city street) is hereby decreased to and established at 45 miles per hour.

SEC. 72.167.5. LA PRESA.

The prima facie speed on Paradise Valley Road from the easterly limits of the City of San Diego easterly to the west line of Elkelton Boulevard is hereby decreased to and established at 40 miles per hour.
