10.68.010 - Prohibited.¶
No person shall drive or propel any motor vehicle upon any municipal trail within the City; provided, however, this section shall not prohibit the use of motor vehicles upon municipal trails by any officer, employee or agent of the City, any City department, or any public utility, while engaged in their official duty, or any City-authorized person providing maintenance, repair or emergency services on the trail. For the purposes of this section, the term "municipal trail" shall mean those trails identified in the City General Plan.
