San Clemente Municipal Code Ch. 12.04 Datum Plane

The top of a certain two (2) inch iron pipe located near the southwest corner of lot Thirty, block Five, tract 779 of the subdivision of San Clemente, the Spanish Village, as per map recorded in Book 23, pages 19 to 25, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Map Records in the office of the County Recorder, and having an elevation of 206.66 feet, California State Highway Datum, be and the same is hereby officially selected to serve as a base for establishing the street grades in the City, which base shall hereafter be known as the City base or datum plane.
