Chapter 6 — VALIDITY OF TITLE 1

This Title and the various Divisions,Chapters, Sections, clauses, or parts thereof are hereby declared to be severable. If any Division, Chapter, Section, clause, or part is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid, the remainder of this Title shall not be affected thereby. The County Board of Supervisors hereby declares that it would have passed this Title and each part thereof, regardless of the fact that one or more parts thereof be declared unconstitutional or invalid.
