3-5.801 - Driving through funeral processions.

No driver of a vehicle shall drive between vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehicles in such procession are conspicuously so designated.

3-5.802 - Clinging to moving vehicles.

No person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, roller skates or any toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway.

3-5.803 - Vehicles shall not be driven on the sidewalk.

The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk area or any parkway except at a permanent or temporary driveway.

3-5.804 - Riding animals on sidewalk.

It shall be unlawful to ride, lead or drive, or permit to be ridden, lead or driven, any horse, cow, sheep or beast of burden upon any sidewalk or sidewalk area in the City.

3-5.805 - Commercial vehicles driving across sidewalk area.

Whenever the volume of traffic by commercial vehicles over and across the sidewalk area at any temporary driveway shall, in the opinion of the Traffic Engineer, endanger the safety of pedestrians, he may require the posting of a flagman by the owner or operator of such commercial vehicle at all times that such crossing is in use, and it shall be unlawful for the operator of any commercial vehicle to drive over and across any such area declared by the Traffic Engineer to be a pedestrian hazard without having a flagman in attendance.

3-5.806 - New pavement.

No person shall ride or drive any animal or vehicle over or across any newly-made pavement or freshly-painted marking on any street when a barrier or sign is in place warning persons not to drive over or across such pavement or marking or when a sign is in place stating that the street or any portion thereof is closed.

No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority.
