3-5.1801 - Definitions.

For the purposes of this article, "motorcycle" and "motor-driven cycle" shall be the same as defined in the Vehicle Code of the State.

3-5.1802 - Prohibitions.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a motorcycle or motor-driven cycle over and upon any private property in the City for the purpose of:

(a) Engaging in a speed contest or demonstration of any kind or of engaging in an exhibition of speed; or

(b) Engaging in the sport of hill-climbing or drag racing; or

(c) Operating such vehicle in a careless or negligent manner so as to endanger the safety of persons lawfully on such private property.
