15.28.010 Title.

The ordinance codified in this chapter shall be known as, and may be cited as, the "City of Ripon Fire Code". (Ord. 560 § 1, 1996; Ord. 501 § 1, 1992: Ord. 297 § 6, 1980)

15.28.020 Adopted.

The 1994 Edition of the Uniform Fire Code published by the International Conference of Building Officials and the Western Fire Chiefs Association, including Appendices I-A to and including VI-F thereof, a copy of which is now on file and open to inspection by the public in the office of the City Clerk and also in the office of the Building Official, and also in the office of the Fire Chief of the Ripon Consolidated Fire District, is adopted by incorporation in this chapter as the Fire Code of the City pursuant to the provisions of the Government Code of the State of California relating thereto, and each and every provision therein set forth, except as amended by this chapter, are referred to and made a part of this chapter as if set forth in this chapter, including the amendments thereto hereinafter set forth which are also enacted as a part thereof.
