8.20.200: DIRECTOR TO ENFORCE; RIGHT OF ENTRY:

It is the duty of the director of the building and safety department to enforce the provisions of this chapter, and for the purpose of enforcement, the director of building and safety or his authorized representative, or the police chief or his authorized representative, may enter upon any premises occupied by any trailer, mobilehome, housecar, commercial coach, or similar vehicle or temporary building for the purpose of making inspection and enforcing the provisions of this chapter. 8.20.210: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and upon a first conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00), and for a second conviction within a period of one year, by a fine not exceeding one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), and for a third and any subsequent convictions within a period of one year, by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00).
