8.60.010: UNLAWFUL TO LEAVE OUTSIDE AND ACCESSIBLE TO CHILDREN:

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any abandoned, unattended, discarded, or not in use icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight door or lid, or a door or lid equipped with a lock which may not be released for opening from the inside of such icebox, refrigerator or container. 8.60.020: REMOVAL OF LOCK OR DOOR REQUIRED:

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has any door or lid equipped with an airtight snaplock or other similar closing device thereon without first removing such snaplock or device, or door or lid from such icebox, refrigerator or container.
