8.68.010: RIDING ACADEMY PERMIT:

It is unlawful for any person or entity to operate or allow the operation of a riding academy without an unrevoked operational permit issued by the department of environmental health services of San Bernardino County pursuant to the provisions of title 3, division 3, chapter 2 of the San Bernardino County code, also known as the "uniform environmental health code". As used in this section, "riding academy" means any place where horses are rented or held for rent to the public. (Ord. 2013 § 5, 1988)

8.68.020: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

A violation of this chapter is punishable as provided in chapter 1, section 33.0112 of the Uniform Environmental Health Code adopted by reference in chapter 8.02 of this title. (Ord. 2013 § 5, 1988)
