8.20.120: CONSTRUCTION USE:¶
A temporary building, trailer, or commercial coach may be parked on a nonresidentially zoned site for use as an office, warehouse, toolshed, or shelter for a night watchman only while such vehicle is being utilized for a use related to a construction project on the same premises; provided, however, such temporary building or trailer shall not be used as a dwelling. (Prior code § 66300)
8.20.130: INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL:¶
No trailer or commercial coach may be parked nor any temporary building erected on any commercial premises for use as an office, warehouse, toolshed, or shelter for a night watchman unless it will be utilized in connection with a construction project which has been approved by the city and building permits have been issued for the project. Such trailer or commercial coach shall be removed within twenty four (24) hours after completion of the project. (Prior code § 66301)
8.20.140: LOCATION:¶
A temporary building, trailer, or commercial coach shall be located at least twenty five feet (25') from a street intersection, at least one hundred feet (100') from any residence, and at least ten feet (10') from any property line not abutting a street or alley. (Prior code § 66302)
