§ 25.25 ACTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL.

The action of the City Council shall be to approve or deny the amendment, or, in the case of an appeal filed pursuant to § 25.23, to uphold or reject the Planning Commission denial. (`61 Code, § 25.04.15) (Ord. 915, passed 6-20-2000)
