§ 25.134 EXTENSION.

Upon a request submitted prior to the expiration of an administrative use permit, the Community Development Director or designee may approve one 180-day extension. The decision of the Community Development Director or designee may be appealed to the Planning Commission in accordance with § 25.133. (`61 Code, § 25.13.15) (Ord. 915, passed 6-20-2000; Am.
