(A) Except as otherwise provided in this article, the number of off-street parking spaces required for each use shall be as shown on the attached chart titled “off-street parking requirements, ” § 25.217(D) which is incorporated into this section.

(B) The parking spaces required for land uses not specified on the chart in this section shall be determined by the Community Development Director or designee based on the requirements for the most comparable use specified.

(C) When the parking requirement is based on the number of fixed seats, each 18 inches of pews or bench seats and each 24 inches of restaurant seating equals one seat. For non-fixed seating, the seating capacity shall be determined by the standards of the Uniform Building Code, as adopted by the city.
