§ 25.235 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION; CONTINUING OFFENSES.

Any person, whether as principal, agent, employee, tenant, owner or otherwise, violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and punished as more specifically set forth in this code of ordinances. (`61 Code, § 25.24.3) (Ord. 915, passed 6-20-2000)
